  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides and no longer pink inside (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  2. Sauté Garlic & Spinach: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Toss in fresh spinach until wilted.
  3. Add Heavy Cream & Cheese: Pour heavy cream into the skillet with garlic and spinach. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in Tortellini: Add cooked tortellini and sliced chicken to the skillet. Gently toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.
  5. Season & Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or Italian herbs if needed. Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan on top.
