  • 12 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pasta by boiling salted water; cook the fettuccine until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Remove the chicken temporarily; add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Then add shrimp; cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream gradually, followed by the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet along with drained pasta; toss everything together until well-coated in sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
