Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and cut them into strips about one inch wide.
- In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, dip it into the egg wash, then roll it in panko until fully covered. Arrange on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
