Instructions

- Add eggs and lemon juice to the breadcrumb mixture; stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the flaked salmon and green onions without mashing.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
