  • 4 Italian bread rolls
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until browned (internal temperature of 160°F).
