Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Transfer cooked cakes to paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm with tartar sauce or salad.
