  • 1 pound lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers)
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Unroll crescent dough on the baking sheet in a star shape with wide ends overlapping at the center.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto the dough's wide ends, top with cheese and vegetables.
  5. Fold triangle points over filling towards the center and tuck under as needed.
