  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup candy coating (or melting chocolate)
  • 10 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in frosting until evenly combined and fold in rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Roll small portions into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  6. Melt candy coating according to package instructions. Dip each lollipop stick in coating before inserting it into each ball to secure. Coat each pop fully in coating and add more sprinkles before drying.
