  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  4. Mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry and stir it into the skillet until gravy thickens.
  5. Return patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, and simmer on low for an additional 3-4 minutes.
