  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook diced chicken until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
