- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Shred the chicken once slightly cooled.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until creamy.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish and place three lasagna noodles on top.
- Layer half of the shredded chicken, half of the cheese mixture, and half of the spinach. Repeat layers using remaining ingredients.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
