  • 12 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil the corn on the cob for about 5 minutes until tender. Allow it to cool before cutting off the kernels.

  3. Carefully chop the chipotle peppers from the adobo can, including some sauce for added depth.
