  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  2. Grease the crockpot lightly. Layer half of the frozen pierogi, followed by half of the kielbasa mixture and some cheese.
