  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lower heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted. Mix in garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly; add eggs one at a time, stirring well. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
