  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and coat them evenly with cornstarch.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to create the sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Fry the coated chicken pieces for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy; remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
  5. In the same pan, pour in the prepared sauce and simmer until it thickens slightly.
  6. Add fried chicken back into the pan with the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
