  • 8 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: sautéed spinach or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, ricotta, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and optional vegetables for added flavor.
  4. Fold cooked spaghetti into the cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a greased pie dish. Add the spaghetti mixture on top, then pour the remaining marinara over it. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
