- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1–2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: sautéed spinach or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, ricotta, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and optional vegetables for added flavor.
- Fold cooked spaghetti into the cheese mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a greased pie dish. Add the spaghetti mixture on top, then pour the remaining marinara over it. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
