- 1 cup short-grain sushi rice
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat or imitation crab
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- For the sauce: 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, cream cheese, crab meat, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Fold in green onions and half of the sriracha mayo mixture.
- Spread half the rice mixture in the baking dish. Layer remaining sriracha mayo on top, followed by more filling.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra green onions as garnish.
