Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg; mix well without overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides (8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, whisk flour until smooth; gradually add beef broth while stirring until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Return meatballs to the skillet; coat them in the sauce and cook on low for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
