- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces lightly with salt and pepper.
