  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  3. In a saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth; gradually add milk while stirring until thickened.

  5. Assemble enchiladas by placing shredded chicken mixed with green chiles on each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
