- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear sliced beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms. Sauté for approximately 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then sprinkle flour over the mixture and cook for another minute.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth while scraping up browned bits from the pan. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in sour cream until fully incorporated. Return beef to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and serve with the stroganoff.
