  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the dressing to a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Shake well before each use as the ingredients may separate over time.
