Method
Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Assemble the Bowls
- In each serving bowl, layer cooked rice, followed by the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded carrot, and sliced cucumber.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top of each bowl.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
