  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more sriracha for heat or more lime juice for acidity.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Notes

This sauce pairs perfectly with fried shrimp, but can also be used as a dressing for salads or a dip for vegetables.
