Method
Boil the Eggs
- Fill a pot with water and add salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, gently add the eggs using a slotted spoon.
- Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes depending on desired doneness.
Prepare Ice Bath
- While the eggs are boiling, prepare an ice bath in a bowl by combining ice and water.
Cool the Eggs
- Once the eggs are done, transfer them to the ice bath to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Peel and Season
- Peel the cooled eggs and place them in a bowl.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the eggs and toss gently to coat.
Serve
- Arrange the Cajun boiled eggs on a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions and paprika if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
