Method
Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Bake the Meatballs
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve
- Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes.
Notes
These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use. Simply reheat in the oven before serving.
