Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana ripe banana for creaminess
Liquids
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
Extras
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice for added freshness

Method
 

Blend the Ingredients
  1. Add the mango chunks, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve
  1. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  2. Garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen mango or a handful of ice. Adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
