Ingredients
  

Citrus Mocktail
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water for topping
  • 1 slice orange for garnish
  • 1 slice grapefruit for garnish
Berry Fizz
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1 cup club soda for topping
  • 1 sprig mint for garnish
Tropical Cooler
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup soda water for topping
  • 1 slice lime for garnish
Mint Lemonade
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water for dilution
  • 1 cup sugar to taste
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves for infusion
  • 1 slice lemon for garnish

Method
 

Citrus Mocktail
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh orange juice, grapefruit juice, and honey. Shake well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with a slice of orange and grapefruit.
Berry Fizz
  1. In a glass, muddle the mixed berries with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Tropical Cooler
  1. In a shaker, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice. Shake well.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Mint Lemonade
  1. In a pitcher, mix fresh lemon juice, water, and sugar until dissolved.
