Method
Prepare the Base
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Add Filling
- Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker base.
- Top with 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the topping is melted.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
