Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Add Filling
  1. Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker base.
  2. Top with 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows on top.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the topping is melted.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
  2. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
