Method
Cook Spaghetti
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the spaghetti in a colander and rinse under cold water to cool.
Prepare Vegetables
- While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
Mix Salad
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, chopped vegetables, Italian dressing, and Salad Supreme seasoning. Toss until well mixed.
- If desired, add black olives and feta cheese on top and gently mix.
Serve
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve cold as a refreshing side dish.
Notes
This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator. It is perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.
