Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
Dressing
  • 1 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp Salad Supreme seasoning
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Cook Spaghetti
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the spaghetti in a colander and rinse under cold water to cool.
Prepare Vegetables
  1. While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
Mix Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, chopped vegetables, Italian dressing, and Salad Supreme seasoning. Toss until well mixed.
  2. If desired, add black olives and feta cheese on top and gently mix.
Serve
  1. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  2. Serve cold as a refreshing side dish.

Notes

This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator. It is perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.
