  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil for a nutty flavor

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
  3. If using, add garlic powder and sesame oil, then whisk again.
Taste and Adjust
  1. Taste the spicy mayo and adjust the sriracha or lime juice if needed.
