Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Salmon
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon fillets on it. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish and Serve
- Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
