Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skinless
Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
Garlic
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced, for garnish
Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Salmon
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon fillets on it. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
