Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the watermelon mixture and gently toss to combine.
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving platter and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
