Ingredients
  

Cake Layers
  • 24 pieces chocolate wafer cookies
Filling
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a whisk, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the Cake
  1. Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture on the bottom of the loaf pan.
  2. Place a layer of chocolate wafer cookies on top of the cream.
  3. Repeat the layers, alternating between cream and cookies, until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
Chill the Cake
  1. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Serve
  1. Once chilled, remove the cake from the pan and garnish with chocolate shavings before slicing.

Notes

For a variation, you can add layers of fruit or use different flavored cookies.
